Just south of the artic circle, This place is one a beauty and two a monster. It is the coldest part in the north temperate zone, by far with its very cold winters. Howerver it does have Warm, but brief summers. Little to no vegetation and only diverse wildlife can survive this harsh and unforgiving region. With its tempetures ranging below -22°F in the winters and up to 86°F in the summer, this is the land of the Subarctic.
